Green Park Pay As You Train Outdoor fitness classes guarantee to get you amazingly fit, fast! Change your entire body, burning an average of 1000 calories a session, with our team of elite trainers guiding, motivating and supporting you as you work towards a new you!

Classes are only £30 per class, with discounts for block bookings.

So Grab your friends or family, and train for as little as £5 per person per class, based on a group of 6 people or more.

Train anytime between 7.00am and 5.00pm, seven days a week. Pay As You Train means you choose and you decide.

Simply purchase, choose your first class and book in its that easy!

If you are puchasing more than one session, then additional times and days can be booked and agreed further with your trainer during your first session.

Terms and Conditions* 

  • All Classes must be booked with 48 hours notice to ensure availability.

  • All classes must be purchased prior to the 1st class booking.

  • Pay As You Train Classes can be booked anytime to start between the hours of 7.00am and 5.00pm only.

Session Length: 45-60mins

Changing Facilities: Please get changed beforehand

Training Area: An area around 20 x 30m is set-up and the full duration of the class will run within this

Personal items: We create a basecamp pile for bags and coats, right next to the training area, so your personal items and valuables will be safe.

BootCamp, Fightclub, FreeRunner, Shred+Burn or Hiit! You Decide! Our Green Park outdoor fitness classes cater for people of all abilities and fitness, from complete beginners to advanced athletes. We understand that everyone is different which is why our class Fitness Grading  system allows you to choose your own fitness level. We then encourage you to find your own limit, you will only work as hard as you want, not the person next to you.

I declare myself free of any condition, infirmity, illness or disease that may affect my participation. I agree to inform a member of the Free Fitness team and where appropriate provide written consent from my doctor should any condition or complaint arise before continuing with any class or activity.

I fully understand that exercise and fitness activities in the outdoors involve a risk of injury or even death and that I am voluntarily participating in these activities with Free Fitness using equipment and facilities with knowledge of the dangers involved. I hereby agree and expressly assume all and risks of injury or death.
      4. 4. I agree to abide by all oral and practical notices regarding safety whilst undertaking activities with Free Fitness. If I choose not to take the advice or to disregard any advice given, I do so voluntarily and accept liability for all resulting damage or injuries. I am fully aware that I have the opportunity to ask questions about the classes and activities, general use of equipment and other related issues at the class.
